About Wedding Bar Planner

Wedding Bar Planner is a free wedding and party drink calculator. Our mission is to make event planning simpler — no more manually calculating beer, wine, liquor, and soft drink quantities before your big day. We built this tool because we have hosted enough events to know how stressful the bar can be. When the numbers are right, you spend less time worrying and more time celebrating.

The tool is completely free and requires no signup. Enter your guest count, event hours, and drinking style, and you get a practical shopping list in seconds: cases of beer, bottles of wine, champagne for toasts, liquor by the 750ml bottle, mixers, soft drinks, and water. It works for weddings, birthday parties, BBQs, graduations, and any gathering where people share drinks.

Our estimates are based on industry-standard ratios and a 15% buffer, because nobody wants to run out of drinks mid-reception. We also care about the people who do not drink. Non-alcoholic drinks are a real part of every plan, not an afterthought.

We are a small team of data and party people. We believe good planning should be simple, transparent, and available to everyone. We do not sell data, we do not force accounts, and we keep every tool fast enough to use on a phone at the store.
